JOG & Isabel Business is a manpower, recruitment and industrial services company operating in Angola. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our registered details and contact address are published on our Contact page.

Candidates. When you submit an application or add your CV to our talent pool, we collect your name, contact details, nationality, location, professional category, years of experience, education, certifications, availability, desired position, any cover letter you write, and the documents you upload.

Clients and enquiries. When you request manpower or contact us, we collect your name, company, contact details and the details of your request.

Technical data. Our servers record the IP address associated with form submissions. This is used solely to apply rate limits and prevent abuse.

Candidate data is used to assess your suitability for current and future roles, to contact you about opportunities, and to present your profile to a prospective client where a role matches. Client data is used to respond to your request, prepare proposals and manage the commercial relationship.

We rely on the consent you give when submitting a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment and manpower business.

Candidate profiles and documents may be shared with prospective client companies for the purpose of a specific opportunity. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

We use service providers for hosting, database and email delivery. These providers process data on our instructions only.

Candidate records are retained while your profile remains relevant to our talent pool, and are reviewed periodically. Client and enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Uploaded CVs and supporting documents are stored with restricted access and are only retrievable by authenticated members of the JOG & Isabel Business recruitment team. Access to candidate documents is recorded in an internal audit log. Passwords are stored using a one-way cryptographic hash and are never recoverable in plain text.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete your data, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
